Shipping Information

  • In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
  • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
  • Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost.
  • Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
  • We do not ship COD orders.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States using UPS (big brown truck) and USPS (US Postal Service). When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order. We do have shipping options for International sales. However, some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to weight or contents. You will be restricted during your order process if that is the case.

ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 1 PM CST TYPICALLY SHIP THE SAME DAY. However, this is not guaranteed and at times will not leave our location for 1-2 days if we have an unusually high volume of orders. Also, when there is an exception or backorder it may be the next day or two.

Occasionally a part will be shipped directly from a manufacturer. We cannot guarantee a ship time on those items, but we will put a note in your order when we send you confirmation of it being shipped that it is coming from the manufacturer. We will give you a time frame to expect your part in that attached note.

NOTE: While we can't guarantee same day shipping, most products ordered will ship the same business day if ordered before 1 PM CST.

How long will it take to receive my product?

ALAMO CITY DIESEL uses UPS/FedEx or the USPS (US Postal Service) for shipping. Orders are shipped from our location within 1-2 days of your order. Orders are usually received by our customers within 1-3 business days depending on your location. Items shipping from our TEXAS location may take several days to ship to the west and east coast. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified. So please have correct email and phone number in your order information. You are always welcome to email us about inventory before placing an order. Free shipping applies to the continental United States.

Products marked as Free Shipping on our website are to the continental United States only.If there will be an additional charge for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, you will be notified. Please use a valid email or phone number when ordering.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.  Please read instructions below.
You do not need an RMA for core returns.

If you need to return a  product, please first acquire an RMA number from us:

We will be unable to credit you for the return if you do not provide an RMA number.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your eligible item(s) for a refund.
You have 30 days to return them before there will be an automatic 20% restocking fee applied.
Exchanges for the same dollar amount or less will not incur additional shipping fees.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.*

Wicked Wheel 2 returns will only be accepted if the product has not been opened.  Double check your fitment before purchasing.

We are no longer accepting after-market pumps or cores with excessive housing damage at this time.

CORE RETURNS are due 45 days after purchase to a maximum of 60 days.  Late cores risk late fees.

If you purchased a product and are sending in a core for refund, please include provided core sheet.
You must provide your invoice number.
